I been ordering Chinese food from Happy Family and all its different owners for the past 25yrs..99% of the time I'm happy. Past 2 orders I been real impressed with my food and service..not sure if there's been a change, but food is on point and my request been fulfilled. I recommend!

I've been coming here for years! No issues ever. The food is great! This place does get busy (for a reason) so like any other place, you wait for your order or ask ahead of time! I don't understand why people feel entitled to leave a 1 star review over a small dilemma. This place deserves so much more credit.

Great customer service. Very busy at times so I would understand if some orders take 10 minutes more than expected to deliver. Workers are treated with care and love the family that works there.

Favorite Chinese spot in the city. The crab rangoons and tostones with garlic sauce are a MUST. They never fail to satisfy me and my family. They are great with keeping in touch about orders and are always on time!!! Called 20 minutes before closing and got my food 45 minutes later!
